I work with couples and individuals who care about their relationships but feel stuck in the same conversations, the same stress, and the same patterns.
Progress Forward
You care about your family. You’re just tired of feeling like you’re getting it wrong.
I work primarily with men who want stronger relationships but feel stuck in repeated conflict, shutdown, or distance at home.
Most of the men I see aren’t trying to avoid responsibility. They’re carrying a lot of it. Work demands, parenting stress, and constant pressure leave little space for connection. Conversations get reactive. Small issues escalate. You walk away feeling misunderstood, or worse, stuck in silence.
My role is to slow those moments down and help you respond differently.
Much of my clinical work has centered on family systems, parenting, and communication patterns. Having raised four children and spent years volunteering with youth organizations, I understand how quickly stress can erode connection at home.
Family life is demanding. Roles shift. Pressure builds. Communication slips.
I bring both lived experience and clinical structure into the room. I help men lead more effectively at home without losing themselves in the process.
My style is warm, engaged, and structured.
I help you:
Identify recurring conflict patterns
Slow down reactive conversations
Communicate clearly without escalating
Strengthen emotional awareness
Rebuild connection with intention
Sessions are active. We practice new ways of responding in real time. You leave with practical tools.
I draw primarily from Solution-Focused and structured communication approaches, helping you move toward a preferred future rather than dissecting every past mistake.
The goal is clear: less reactivity, more alignment.
I work best with men who:
Want to improve their relationships
Are open to feedback
Are willing to try structured exercises
Care about showing up differently at home
If you’re motivated, even if frustrated, we can do strong work together.
